1. How do we book you? To reserve your date, we require a signed contract (and retainer fee for Weddings). Unfortunately, we cannot hold any dates without these requirements.

2.  What should I wear? Anything that you feel confident and comfortable in is perfect to wear to your photo shoot. If you love color, pastels such as light blue, mint green, aqua, peach/coral, yellow and lavender are beautiful compliments to the sand and water on the beach. If you still aren’t sure, white/cream and beige always looks great and pair well with Hawaii’s lush greenery.

3. Do you provide leis? For a fee of $30 we provide you with one fresh orchid lei for your photo shoot.

4. We're getting married, do you know of an Officiant? Yes, we love:

5. When will I receive my session? Your gallery will be completed within two to four weeks from the date of your session (dependent on the package). The gallery will be delivered digitally through Dropbox as well as physically on a USB for wedding packages.

6. What methods of payment do you take? Oahu Photographs accepts cash, check and credit card. Please note that when paying with credit card, we will send an invoice through Paypal and there will be a 2.9% Processing Fee.

7. When should I schedule my photo shoot? While the time of day for your shoot is completely up to you, there are a few select times that provide optimal lighting. Scheduling your photo shoot during sunrise or sunset presents softer hues and more natural lighting.

8. Where should my photo shoot take place? Oahu Photographs is based out of Waimanalo, Hawaii. While we love shooting on this beach we understand if you have a different location in mind. Some other great locations around the island include Makapu'u Beach, Sandy Beach, Halona Cove, Shark's Cove, Kualoa Beach, Kawela Bay, kaena Point and Ko'olina Secret Beach.

9. Do you travel for weddings? Yes, we do! While we are based on the island of Oahu, we love to travel worldwide for weddings.

10. What if the weather is bad on the day of my photo shoot? We totally understand that weather can be an anxiety inducing factor on the day of your photo shoot. For all of our clients who have time available and can reschedule, we would be happy to offer a different time & date to do your session. However, for weddings and other events that are not able to be rescheduled, we will do our best to take the most beautiful photos possible and embrace the weather. In cases of extreme weather where the safety of the photographer and/or client is in jeopardy we will unfortunately have to cancel, reschedule, or refund the session.
